I’m Elizabeth Morris, founder of Rising Tides People & Strategy.

My work has taken me into organizations experiencing growth, transition, conflict, and complexity. These experiences have shaped how I understand organizations not simply as structures or strategies, but as living systems shaped by the people within them.

I listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and look beneath the presenting challenge to understand what is really happening.

Every organization has its own history, culture, strengths, and challenges. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. I help organizations make sense of complexity, create clarity, and determine what comes next.
